Privacy Policy

If you submit the inquiry form on this site, we collect the details you enter: your name, company name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the service you selected, and your message. We also record the date and time of the submission and a one-way technical fingerprint of the connection it came from, used only to limit automated spam.

We do not run advertising trackers or sell data. We do not ask for payment details through this website.

We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if you go on to work with us, to carry out that work. If we need to contact you about anything else, we will ask first.

Inquiries are stored in a private system that is not publicly readable, and are seen by Yana Capital Limited personnel who need them to respond. We may share relevant details with third parties where it is necessary to carry out work you have asked us to do — for example a freight partner, customs broker or supplier — and only to the extent needed for that task.

We keep inquiry records for as long as they are useful to the business relationship or as required for our records and any applicable legal or accounting obligations. If you would like your inquiry deleted, email us and we will remove it unless we are required to retain it.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sachinpatel@yanacapitallimited.ca and we will respond.

This website is deliberately light. It does not set marketing or advertising cookies. Any strictly technical storage used to serve the site is limited to making the pages work.
